We worked with Sha-En to develop and deliver a nine-week course on understanding our individual sense of purpose, which we offered to all of our Asia Pacific employees. Sha-En not only developed a bespoke course that resonated with our team.

She delivered a weekly one-hour session over Teams that drew hundreds of employees each week. Her presentation style, the reassuring tone she took when sharing her own personal journey in discovering and living her purpose and the authentic, honest way she answered questions made for a compelling and often deeply emotional program.

Feedback from our team has been very positive, with much of the praise focused on Sha-En’s ability to understand the challenges employees face in the region, both with cultural and familial issues. Her ability to communicate to a large crowd over Teams and have them feel personally touched was impressive.
